How do I know that you have received my order?
When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address provided. If you have not received your confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam box. If you still have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service
Are duties and taxes included?
If you are shopping from outside of EU (UK excluded) your order is subject to local taxes and/or import duties of your country, which are levied by your local customs authority and you are responsible for. Your invoice will be provided to you by UPS or DHL and needs to be paid in order for you to receive your item(s).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot change an already placed order.

Where can I see my giftcard balance?
E-mail us for information about your gift card balance, we usually answer within 24 hours.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, gift wrapping is not available at this time due to environmental and logistic reasons. We feel that our packaging is beautiful on its own.
What are your shipping charges?
We offer free standard delivery within Sweden and EU on orders above 150 EUR.
Due to size and weight, select items will require a delivery surcharge. You'll find the cost estimate on the checkout page
When can I expect to receive my order?
Estimated delivery time in Sweden is 5-7 business days
Estimated delivery time for Europe is 3-5 business days
Estimated delivery time for North America is 5-7 business days
All delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Orders made during weekends will be shipped out the next business day.

How do I track my order?
You can track your package by using the tracking number you received in the delivery notification. If you haven’t received a delivery notification, please contact us
Can I order an item and have it delivered to another location?
Yes. Under "shipping address" at the checkout, you can add the address to another recipient. This address can either be located in the same or in another country.
Please note that orders shipping outside of EU (UK excluded) are subject to local taxes and/or import duties which have to be paid by the recipient of the items.
Which countries do Skogsberg&Smart deliver to?
Delivery of items purchased through Skogsberg&Smart’s website can be delivered within Sweden, Europe and North America. For delivery to other countries please contact customer service
What happens to items not collected?
We cannot be held responsible for items not collected within a reasonable timeframe. If the item is not collected and instead returned to us, it is returned at your risk, hence it is important that you collect your item even if you have changed your mind. We are not able to refund postage charges and any additional shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
What are my payment options when I shop at Skogsberg&Smart?
For orders made through the Website you can, among other things, choose bank, credit card or invoice payment. All payments by invoice are made via Klarna, and for questions regarding an invoice, you contact Klarna directly.
Can I feel safe when I shop online at skogsberg&Smart?
We always offer you a secure payment method. Our payment provider is Shopify Payments, a payment service provided by Shopify International Ltd. Shopify’s compliance covers all six PCI standard categories and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
We also cooperate with Klarna and Nets (Swedish Swish payments) which also meets the PCI DSS requirements. All card details and your personal data are encrypted, which means that only authorised persons can access the information. We also practise the use of 3D Secure for validation of certain credit cards.
Returns and exchanges
How do I return an item?
We offer a 14-day return policy, provided that the item(s) are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging.
We don’t offer free returns and are not able to refund postage charges which will be deducted from your refund.

The value of the goods is credited when the goods have been returned to our warehouse.
How do I make a complaint?
Whilst we want you to love every piece as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things aren't just quite right. If you wish to make a complaint, contact us
Please state the reason for the complaint and attach a photo of the item(s).
Please note that at present we can only accept faulty goods that have been purchased from the Skogsberg&Smart official online store. If you would like to return goods that have been purchased from somewhere else, please go directly to the shop where you purchased the goods.
