If your country of purchase and delivery is outside of the European Union (EU), your item/s are sold without VAT.
Your local VAT for the country of your delivery will be added at your borders and will be collected by your country’s mode of collecting tax; usually through the shipping company handling your order.
How do I know that you have received my order?
When you place an order, we'll send you a confirmation email to the email address provided. If you have not received your confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam box. If you still have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service
What are your shipping charges?
We offer free standard delivery within Sweden on orders for 1500 SEK or more.
Due to size and weight, select items will require a delivery surcharge. You'll find the cost indicated on the checkout page
Is it possible to exchange a product?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges. Please ensure you enclosed a daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you about the return. Please email us for return adress if you need help or have other questions. The return needs to be delivered through a service that provides delivery to the door (In Sweden FÖRETAGSPAKET) We dont accept returns to courier pick up stations.
What happens if goods are not being recieved and gets returned to sender?
As a customer you are responsible for picking up the shipment at the delivery adress or from the assigned drop-off point well in advance and before the cancellation deadline expires.If the item returns for failure to collect it, you will be charged for the return shipping as well as the shipping and handling charges to resend it. The costs varies depending on location and size of goods.
How do I clean my Hurricane lamps?

Is it possible to use the Hurricane lamps as vases or bowls?
Of course, Many of our customers are using the smaller hurricane lamps for flowers or plants and the larger ones for bouqets
Why are your Hurricane lamps more expensive than other brands?
The answer is quality. Our Hurricane lamps are made by hand, hand painted or cut by hand. We only use the best glass manufactures with the best glass to create the most beautiful products. The Classic collection has a fire polished edge and is painted by hand in metallic colours. I can see a small thin line on my white hurricane lamp when it is lit?
This is simply due to handicraft. When hot glass is moving inside the wooden mould the friction sometimes create this thin line.
Could the heat from the Hurricane lamp damage the surface on my delicate wooden table?
We have never experienced such an issue, but we recommend that you use small self-adherent silicone pads underneath if you are worried.
I don’t know which colour to choose?
If the exact colour is of outmost importance for your interior, we recommend that you visit one of our retailers.

What kind of candle should I use?
We always recommend 100% paraffin candles as they have a higher melting point and work best in a Hurricane lamp.
Why do we recommend paraffin heaters and block lights?
We started producing Hurricanes because we were passionate about lighting candles, but the fear of fire risk was great. Therefore, a good solution would be a beautiful Hurricane where a candle stands safe.
The reason for our paraffin recommendation is that all Hurricanes, where the oxygen supply is less, works best with paraffin candles. The temperature in a Hurricanes becomes high and paraffin has a higher melting temperature than stearin and therefore becomes more suitable.
When it comes to tea lights stearin works excellent as the cup holds the stearin. We recommend that you use tea lights with a hard plastic cup as the light source shines all the way down to the bottom of the Hurricane and you avoid a shadow that comes from a light with aluminum cup.
How do I change the candle in my Hurricane lamp?
Never use force, The inside candle holder is also made of glass and could break if you are forcing a too large candle in the holder. Some of our customers have been using their Large or Extra Large Hurricane lamps as vases for flowers and the inside candle holder can get loose. Please use glue for glass to put it back in place
Can I move my Hurricane lamp when lit?
We never recommend to move Hurricane lamps when lit. It is always safer to blow out the candle and then move the lamp.
Essentials on burning candles
Always burn candles in a well-ventilated room and on a heat-resistant surface.
Do not leave a burning candle unattended.
Avoid drafts, vents, ceiling fans or other moving air pathways to encourage even burning and minimize smoke or a flickering wick.
Never touch a burning candle or move a candle when the wax is liquid.
Make sure a candle is completely extinguished before leaving the room.
Keep candles out of the reach of small children and pets.
Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.Never extinguish candles with water.
Use care when extinguishing the candle; a short, directed puff of air aimed from a safe distance at each wick is usually sufficient.
For ultimate safety we recommend the use of a candle snuffer.
Do not move candles until the wax is cooled and set. Use caution as containers can be hot to the touch.
Extinguish all candles before they are completely burned out.
