Payment and prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order will be added to the checkout, including any shipping- and payment charges, as well as VAT. We offer the following payment methods:
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you identify easily and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A finesse with Klarna Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First, confirm your purchase and then choose how to pay. Either with Klarna invoice or Klarna account - or by card or bank transfer. Everything is as safe.
Pay online with your PayPal password, so you do not have to enter your payment information every time you shop. The money for your payments will be reflected in your PayPal balance after just a few minutes. You can then transfer them to your bank account or use them directly from your PayPal balance when shopping online.
Deliveries and returns
We offer the following delivery methods:
Within Sweden, shipping is free os charge and delivery takes place within 2-4 business days with reservation for Holidays. Outside of Sweden there is a freight- and delivery time of approx. 7 working days.
Terms of delivery are also stated in the chart under the respective delivery method. Unless specified, 14 days delivery time applies. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated in the respective article. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase on delivery delays. We will do everything we can to complete your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, for example, as our supplier or freight forwarder can not fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to waive all reimbursement to customers regarding delivery delays.
Returns are at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not for postage.
14 days open purchase
We follow the distance agreement law and you are entitled to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You will regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of your order (or greater part of). The item should be returned well packaged, in good condition and in original carton. The cost for the return freight will be paid by you as the costumer.
If you as a customer have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its features or features and this led to the returned item being less valuable, we are entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the item's depreciation of the amount to be refunded. The impairment is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the item. You may pay the return costs when you return the item.

When ordering from us we need to register some personal data from you, in order to handle your request in the best way. At the same time you place your order, you accept that we will store your personal data to be able to communicate further with you.
We guarantee that no personal data will be used by anyone else and we also secure that all data will be deleted within two years after your latest purchase from us.
